Guys , Seriously , in this digital world , ensure you have the right information before you start making people panic. Shame on the person who writes such blogs only to attract more readers.
Issue is still under enquiry. Why are you passing your judgement. It cannot go in the way you are hoping (demolish) even if builder found guilty. Does the BBMP and all other authorities were sleeping all these days?
ReplyDeleteFor me this looks to be scam from complainant. I saw the interview of complainant and didnot see any hard evidence to justify the stand. May it might be to bring bad name to builder, or promote other project in nearby area or may be a local goon expecting some money.
By the I am neither buyer, nor with builder, nor from that locality. My concern is only not panic the buyers with such blogs. If you have facts appreciate if you can put them in public domain.

Basically this a fraud blog which has no father. The person behind this will be having a criminal mind or a Phsyco who spreads unwanted panic and enjoys the same. Also we have to doubt that he is one among the real criminal who does these kind of scam and extracts money from builders, or even he/she could be the chamchas of rival builders, who are employed to spread panic so that new customers will shift their purchase to other builder properties nearby. See his arrogance, he has passed his judgement as if from Indian supreme court that all the buildings are going to be demolished. He/she should be the tail of a chain, who has hired a local channel and some false mouths. These kind of criminals should be exposed and punished under Indian penal code, as a strong message to similar criminals.

All the major bank like SBI, YES BANK,ICICI BANK, HDFC BANK, AXIS BANK and many more nationalizes bank had checked their original land document by their legal bodies. Don't trust such this blog.

ReplyDeleteSince the issue has been promoted vigorously by media, we expect the management of Provident to come out with a factual statement. As far as I know, this project has been cleared by BDA, BBMP & local statutory bodies. Banks while getting their names tagged and putting money also will verify the documents. Now, assume the worst and if it turned to be an outrageous cheating, it is not alone the builder, the government also is equally guilty. And, no law of the land give permission to demolish 6000 dwelling units built by the hard earned money of common man. Land grabbing, misappropriation, fake documents are the facts of life today and no body in this field of real estate is a good Samratin.

Baseless details. The B TV is trying to use its channel for extortion with the Builder. Why such news is not aired in other news channels ? Wake up guys and don't ever watch this channel.
