Many Get Cheated by Real Estate Comapanies, in the name of Paper advertisements and TV advertisements these days.

This is a tiny effort to keep them alert on these black listed Developers.

Many Behaves like Goondas after paying money. We have instances that some of builder will file a case against the buyer. As these days Police are part of the Real estate business.

Example - Dreamz Infra of Silk Board.

He has huge political support with Police, who ever going for cancellation will face his threat, They have beaten families inside their office when asked for cancellation and money after 3-4 years of booking.

So be very careful about these frauds, Know about them discuss here and then go ahead, otherwise your hard earned money will go for a toss.  And also they torture you and your family by filing false cases.
