Many of Us just blindly believe TV ads, if it comes in a popular news channel like TV9, Suvarna News, Public TV, Samaya News and other Local channels, also some national level channels, we simply go for it, but please read the below points how media makes money.
1.There will be huge team of marketers within these news channels to beg with these frauds, they get huge commission and salary for closing one deal.
For example in Bangalore Dreamz Gk and its sister Company TGS Ecom or TGS flats or Flats Deal (all belongs to a single owner), every one of us know how they are cheating people.
But he has a very good contacts starting from Local Madiwala police station to Governor. If any one goes and complaints in Madiwala (because the Dreamz gk office belongs to this local police station) the complainant will be in troubles in next 5-10 minutes. The Inspector himself calls the fraud owner and says " Boss i have sent a guy called XXX name he came here to give a complaints against you, I just made him to run away from here, gave him a nice dhamki, he ran like anything..ha h ahahahah.." next few minutes his mamuli / haftha goes to his account.
So How these Media or News channels get these frauds ?
They Search online for builder name online for their reputation, they read all these online reviews/complaints, then staright away appeocach the owner saying that they are from a BIG TV channel, so he pays them a huge money so that anyone come to media also cant do anything, because he will be feeding the media by a huge amount, more than 30 -40 lakhs minimum, per channel,
next day the ad will be aired people like we think that Oh TV9 good channel, we can buy as if TV9 is selling flats, Media is one of the dangerous platform to mislead people, Many scams they hide just taking money.
They Never care for anyone, because others cant shout like them, they can show anything they want but we common people cant do anything.
So Never See and believe any ads, Importantly when there is ad by a company Simply Don't Believe, they come ads when there is no sales, why no sales, no reputation, If they are good by reference only they can sell all their flats.
And this Marketing team of these TV channels work like anything, same applies to FM stations also, per second/slot they charge some Rs. 600-1500
just imagine from where they recover these money.
