This is not to hurt or gain anything from this portal, just to help some new people who are just entering into a deal with real estate companies.

before they go and lose their hard earned money we are helping them to know about any builder or developers.

Requesting the one who is going to Buy a flat in Bangalore with any of the builders, or with any of the agent please write to us, we will reply withing 24 hours time and share what is their impression or their service and other stuffs.

Send us the complete Builder name with address, and the project name where you are interested, so that it is easy for us to share about the same thing.



BEWARE OF CHEATERS:

there are many builders, including some big developers also, they are just kept their office open for cheating people, selling same flats to many people, blocking the money for years together, they get huge lump-sum money by doing this, so be alert when dealing with developers, Don't trust their papers and many other proofs, consult a lawyer of your own and then go ahead or write to us we will give his full biography, where he cheated and how may flats he sold and what is the expected completion of the projects and many other hidden things.

    The project they are offering in pre launch... with a very less price.
    The location of the project is near JP morgan outer ring road.
    The Project name is dreamz Swapnapoorthi.
    The offer price onj 30 % downpayment was 22 lakhs.
    Can i trust the builders.
    Please give me information on the same.

    Well here's what I have to say about Prabhavati Builders. I booked an Apartment with them in 2012 due to be completed on 2013. Still no possession. I wanted to let you know the following issues:
    1. They converted a commercial building into a residential. They claim to have BBMP approval for 4 floors of commercial building but they haven't got permission for residential purpose. Plus they have built 5 floors making the entire building illegal. Clearly: No occupancy certificate.

    2. Quality: No uniformity in materials used. Always run out of stocks for everything. Example: bathroom tiles of one project become kitchen tiles of another. Choices shown to customer initially and what's provided: ZERO match. Few other problems: Water seepage, leakage from above houses, non vertical walls/door frames, false ceiling provided is falling off due to leakages, Floor tiles cracking even before moving in, modification charges are humongous; well the list goes on.

    3. Customer Service: They are really well spoken and the story ends right there. Delays are enormous. Staff change faster than eye winks. People from few other projects claim that they have been shown illegal approval documents.

    4. Compensation for delays is promised on the sale agreement but when you question about that the builders sends bullies home and take away all the money(pending instalments if any). He has threatened so many customers and openly declared that you can go file a case and yet you will not be able to do anything.

    It qualifies thoroughly for your list of Blacklisted builders.

    I have purchased an apt in Keerthi Gardenia and have done all my ground work before buying.I visited Keerthi Flora and Keerthi Harmony and people living there as well. The residents of Flora themselves were very supportive of the builder.Flora clients told me “There may have been issues but The MD Mr. Anil Reddy has sorted out all the problems”. People in Harmony are very happy with the project. In a span of 6 months i have got a good appreciation on my apt in Gardeina. Overall i think their projects are good.

    As of now there is no serious Complaints against the builder, but kindly verify all the property related paper before you go for buying.
    There are instances where some builders are selling litigation properties, after 3 years of stay in the apartments people asked to vacate without any notice or compensation.
    So be very careful when buying properties

      It is a black listed company as it is not RERA compliance. Kindly do not loose your money and also kindly spread social awareness among your network not to blindly invest on this developer. I had invested Rs.8,60,000/- five years back on multiple plots. In one of the conversation the company's own Manager Called Girish Naik said they are doing business on our invested money, hence they do not refund your money. They do not even follow their own terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement for the cancellation procedure. instead they keep sending Notice saying they will deduct hefty amount of administration charges. The the registration of the booked plots was not happened on time and they keep doing all back and forth to convince you with nice words providing all reasons for delay and keep providing you alternate options of other plots than the one that you booked and they keep building all such stories that end up you nothing other than frustration and you see your hard earned money being getting locked, but they keep continue doing their business by rotating your invested money.
